Exclusive all-round carefree course package for applicants from abroad with no knowledge of German: With our binding admission to the Studienkolleg, including a Pre-Course (German A1-B1), applicants with no knowledge of German can apply for and receive a study visa from the German diplomatic mission abroad in accordance with Section 16b (1) sentence 3 of the German Residence Act.
In the Pre-Course, students are also given an insight into the study materials of the selected Preparatory course so that they can independently learn and practise the material and any gaps in the material that were not taught at home in advance. Furthermore, with the help of the “Content Basic Language Teaching” method, the basic German technical terms are also learned on the basis of the familiar concepts in mathematics, computer science, physics, chemistry, biology, history, social studies, etc. acquired at the home school. Preparing/practicing in the Pre-Course gives students a great head start and much greater confidence that they will pass the assessment test within the standard period of study (2 semesters) with confidence and very well, which is why the Pre-Course (German A1-B1) cannot be equated with a general German A1 to B1 course at a language school.
